Another way to clean sticky spills is to use a dull object, such as a plastic knife, however you must take care to ensure the synthetic fibres do not tear.

Some spills and stains are very stubborn, do not be tempted to use chemicals, as these are very likely to damage the artificial fibres. Products such as bleach can change the colour of artificial grass, making the problem even worse.
